Built for teams who see a lot of skin.
Skin concerns are one of the most common reasons people book a visit. Most of that time goes to history-taking, not decisions.
Dermatology practices
Start every visit with a structured summary and three standardized photos. Spend the appointment on the decision.
Hospitals & health systems
Triage long dermatology waitlists and keep stable patients moving with remote check-ins between visits.
Primary care & multi-specialty
Handle common skin conditions with consistent, protocol-driven drafts, and refer what needs a specialist.
Medically directed aesthetics
Add prescription skin care under your medical director, with documented review on every plan.
The workflow
Who does what.
Five stages, three parties. The software does the organizing; the decisions stay in the last column.
Clinician control
A draft, not a diagnosis.
Decision support should make your clinicians faster without making decisions for them. These rules don’t change.
Nothing reaches a patient unsigned
Every plan, and every change to a plan, is approved by a licensed clinician before the patient sees it.
Every edit is on the record
What the software drafted, what the clinician changed and why. One trail for each patient, visit after visit.
Your protocols, not ours
Starting strengths, escalation steps and what always gets flagged are set with your medical director.
Clinicians can always step in
Message the patient, ask for more photos, request a video visit, or decline and refer.
Ways to start.
Pick the part of the visit that costs your team the most time. Start there.
Pre-visit intake
Patients complete intake and photos at home. Clinicians open the chart to a summary and a draft.
- Shorter history-taking
- Standardized photos from day one
- Contraindications surfaced early
Remote check-ins
Stable patients send photos and answers on a schedule. Adjustments are drafted for sign-off.
- Fewer routine follow-up slots
- Earlier catch of side effects
- Progress visible in photos
A focused pilot
One location, one or two conditions, a few clinicians, and measures you choose before it starts.
- Clear success criteria
- Results reviewed together
- Expand only if it works
Security & compliance
Patient data, handled properly.
Questions for your security review? We’ll send documentation ahead of the demo.
Business Associate Agreement
We handle protected health information as your business associate, under a written BAA.
Licensed sign-off
Prescriptions are authorized only by licensed prescribers. The software never prescribes on its own.
De-identified improvement
Patient information, including photos, is de-identified before it is used to improve the software.
State health-data laws
Consumer health data is handled under Washington, Nevada, Connecticut and similar state laws. Read the policy.
Questions
Before you ask.
Does PinkBridge diagnose or prescribe?
No. The software organizes intake information and prepares a draft plan. Your licensed clinicians review it, change or reject it, and make every diagnosis and treatment decision. Prescriptions are authorized only by a licensed prescriber.
Whose clinicians review the drafts?
Yours. In a clinic or hospital deployment, drafts for your patients go to your own licensed clinicians, under your medical direction.
Can drafts follow our own protocols?
Yes, that’s the point. During onboarding we work with your medical director on starting strengths, escalation steps and what should always be flagged for a closer look. Drafts follow those rules; your clinicians can always override them.
Will you sign a BAA?
Yes. We handle patient information as your business associate under a written Business Associate Agreement. Ask for our standard BAA when you book a demo.
Does it work with our EHR?
Tell us which EHR you use in the form below. We’ll walk through how plan summaries and notes get into your record during the demo.
Who prepares the formulas?
Custom formulas are compounded and dispensed by independent licensed pharmacies. Each patient receives a label that explains every ingredient and how to use it.
What does a pilot look like?
Usually one location, one or two conditions and a small group of clinicians, with success measures you choose up front. We review the results with you before anything expands.
